In the first step of our cooperation we get to know each other. This is usually done with a 1-hour free initial consultation, preferably via video call. We ask you the things that allow us to understand your concerns and to find the suffering in your processes. Then we explain the possible support that we have ready for you to advance the sustainable digital transformation of your business processes. User story table
In the 3rd step, we record the requirements of the participants from your own point of view in an understandable form in a large overview table. The participants formulate, with our help, their requirements and have to justify their necessity. We comment from the development point of view and find common acceptance criteria for the requirement.
This creates a common, filterable data construct of the process requirements. Our OnePager "treasure map" now has precise instructions and definitions of the necessary steps.
Agile implementation
In the agile implementation phase, we prioritize the user stories and start implementing them in weekly sprints. Changed requirements and process changes are recorded, tested and redefined in recurring Scrum meetings. This agile approach is optimally applicable to processes that have not been fully clarified. It is an iterative process of implementing complex, evolving business processes. After the implementation, we define the training phase for everyone involved. Depending on the implementation package selected, we have time quotas and budgets at our disposal and make things very easy to plan.
